Welcome to Furry Exchange! By creating a vendor account and selling products on our marketplace, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
To become a vendor on Furry Exchange, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate, up-to-date contact and payment information.
Ensure that all products you list comply with applicable laws and with Furry Exchange’s policies.
Vendors agree to:
Maintain accurate inventory counts and promptly update listings when stock changes.
Provide truthful product descriptions, photos, and pricing.
Fulfill and ship orders within the stated processing time.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Follow all shipping, safety, and quality standards required by Furry Exchange.
Not engage in hate speech, harassment, or behavior harmful to the community.
All listings must:
Be your own products or products you have the legal right to sell.
Not be fraudulent, misleading, or infringing on copyright or trademarks.
Be safe for customers to purchase, handle, or wear.
Listings that violate our rules may be removed without notice.
The following may not be sold on Furry Exchange:
Illegal items or items prohibited by law.
Adult-only items that violate our community standards.
Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas.
Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
Furry Exchange may update this list at any time.
Furry Exchange charges a fee for completed sales, as well as a monthly account fee (varies based on plan and promotions).
Fees are deducted automatically at the time of sale.
Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their earnings.
Vendors must:
Ship orders within their stated processing time.
Provide valid tracking information when required.
Use packaging appropriate for the item being shipped.
Take responsibility for lost or damaged shipments if caused by improper packaging or incorrect handling.
If a vendor repeatedly fails to meet fulfillment expectations, their ability to sell may be limited or suspended.
Vendors must handle product-related issues (defects, wrong item, missing parts, etc.).
Furry Exchange may mediate disputes between vendors and buyers if needed.
Vendors must comply with any return/refund policies stated on their listings.
By uploading images, descriptions, or other content, you grant Furry Exchange a non-exclusive license to display and promote your listings on the platform and associated marketing materials.
You affirm that all content you provide is your own or that you have permission to use it.
Vendors must not:
Manipulate reviews or ratings.
Circumvent platform fees.
Redirect customers to off-platform sales.
Spam users or other sellers.
Participate in any behavior considered harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
Accounts engaging in these behaviors may be suspended or banned.
Furry Exchange may modify features, fees, or policies at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcement.
Furry Exchange reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendor accounts at its discretion, especially for:
Repeated policy violations
Fraudulent activity
Harmful or abusive behavior
Selling prohibited items
Vendors may close their account at any time.
Furry Exchange is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for:
Vendor errors or misrepresentations
Lost or damaged shipments
Product defects
Financial losses due to vendor actions
By using the platform, you agree that Furry Exchange’s liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the past 12 months.
By signing up as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies posted on FurryExchange.com.
